About me

“Elena was such a fantastic teacher for my eight-year-old daughter. She got Jemma laughing, concentrating and progressing brilliantly in every lesson. And those
are rare skills.”

Miranda Chance-Collins, mum to 8-year old Jemma

“You’ve been the talk of the newsroom ever since, with everyone saying how good you were. Your performance was fantastic and I think you genuinely did stun the audience.”

Sarah Hellyar, Producer of BBC Television’s Children
In Need

I am a pianist, singer and music composer. I have a degree in music from Royal Holloway University and a PGCert in Higher Education from Middlesex University. I am also a trained actress and hold a Professional Diploma from Vladimiros Kafkarides School of Drama in Cyprus. While being a student, I toured in Europe with the Cyprus National Theatre.

Apart from teaching privately for the last 20 years, I have been a singing teacher, voice coach and examiner at the British and Irish Institute of Modern Music (BIMM) for four years. Many of my former students are now professional musicians, recording and touring with big names such as Robert Plant (Led Zeppelin).

I have been teaching, performing and recording several genres of music such as opera, pop, rock, Latin, soul and folk. Several tracks that I sung have been aired by radio and TV stations in my native Cyprus. I am currently a member of Bath Operatic and Dramatic Society (BODS) and perform regularly with them at the Theatre Royal in Bath.
